The main yoga style taught at Yoga India Foundation is Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all modern yoga. We believe that one needs to learn the basic postures of Hatha Yoga to become a confident and knowledgeable yoga teacher. With the foundational and basic understanding of hatha yoga, aspiring teachers can, later on, teach any yoga style they prefer.

During your Yoga Teacher Training in India, you will learn in-depth about the five body sheats and cover all main subjects: Hatha asana, ashtanga yoga, pranayama, shatkarma, meditation, yogic Indian philosophy, anatomy, alignment, Ayurveda, transformational breathing, and emotional blockage® release.
On Sundays, there is no class. Our students will have time to simply relax or join some of our activities. This is a great chance to spend time together while exploring the Indidan culture and landscapes:
